SERVE
Our call to serve comes directly from our identity in Jesus Christ, whose life was lived for others. We count our neighbors as all people—whether local to Austin or across the world! Join us in service in Jesus’ name.

BREAD FOR ALL
Bread for All is a food pantry run by Austin City Lutherans (ACL), providing food for our neighbors in the Montopolis area every Monday at 5:30pm. Shepherd of the Hills’ official evening to serve is the third Monday of each month, but members can be found there every Monday! Make an impact on food insecurity by helping set up or serve on Mondays, or donating non-perishable food. Faith Presbyterian Church, 1314 E. Oltorf.
THE MOVE-IN MINISTRY
Austin City Lutherans’ (ACL) Move-In Ministry provides essential furniture and household items to individuals and families exiting homelessness or living in housing instability. Be part of the move-in team or donate gently used items to this vital ministry serving our neighbors throughout Austin. Find out more by completing the form at the bottom of this page.
MEALS ON WHEELS
Over 20 Shepherd of the Hills members and friends deliver meals to those in need through the Meals on Wheels of Central Texas. Weekly, monthly and “on-call” routes are available, and take a maximum of 2 hours to complete. If you would like to participate in this needed experience, fill out our contact form below!
MARIPOSA FAMILY LEARNING CENTER

QUILTING
Quilting for Lutheran World Relief (LWR) makes quilts for families around the world who suffer in poverty due to political unrest or natural disasters.
