If your child is curious about communion, it could be time for communion class. Usually, children take First Communion around second grade, but we recognize that all children are unique in their spiritual growth, and parents are often the best judge of when they are ready. This class will prepare them to receive the Body of Christ with faith and devotion according to their age and capacity.
After this class, your child will receive First Communion during the Maundy Thursday Worship on April 14 at 7:00pm.
